A) The Racquet Tatts guarantee is simple: If you're not satisfied with any Racquet Tatts product because you consider it defective for any reason, just contact us, and we will fully exchange the product(s) or refund the purchase price and shipping costs you incurred as long as you tell us exactly why you are not satisfied with your purchase or send us a photo that documents the issue. If you receive the product in a damaged condition, the product will be replaced and shipped to you free of any charge as long as you tell us what happened or send us a digital photo of the damaged product upon receipt. Our generous exchange and return policy does not apply if you do not properly store or care for the Racquet Tatts product which results in the product being damaged. A) A racquet string bed is mostly open space and will not convey all the details of a graphic design, particularly when viewed up close. However, each Racquet Tatts stencil is custom designed for the open space of a racquet face. Racquet Tatts images are designed to look great from a distance of about eight feet or further. The images can also change clarity and definition against different backgrounds. Your racquet tattoo will probably look best against the darker surface of a tennis court from a distance of at least eight feet.

A) Yes. It can be used over and over and can last indefinitely with proper care and storage.

A) It is highly recommended, because the ink is manufactured for Racquet Tatts by the same manufacturer that provides ink to professional players around the world. The ink is specially designed to remain on racquet strings as long as possible. The ink will wear off racquet strings at a rate dependent on how hard you hit the ball and how much spin you generate. The image can simply be reapplied if this occurs. If the ink applicator dries out from lack of use, use a push pin to carefully pierce a few holes in the sponge tip as needed.
A) Each bottle should provide enough ink for up to ten applications if the cap is replaced immediately after each use and the bottle is stored in a cool, dark place.
A) The ink creates a "permanent" image on the strings. If you make a mistake that you can't live with, you have three options: 1) Re-string your racquet and start over, 2) Transform the mistake into an abstract, freestyle design of your choice, or 3) Use fingernail polish remover to "erase" the area of the mistake. This can work quite well if you are patient and careful. Apply the nail polish remover to a small cotton cloth and rub gently. Note: Racquet Tatts is not responsible for string deterioration resulting from excessive applications of fingernail polish remover.
(A) You have 3 options : 1) In some cases the factory ink can be removed with acetone based nail polish remover. Apply
the nail polish remover to a small cotton cloth and rub gently. Note: Racquet Tatts is not responsible for string
deterioration resulting from the application of ngernail polish remover, solvent cleaner, or other chemical. 2) Change
the color of your racquet strings using Racquet Tatts Stencil Ink, be sure to use a color that will cover up the factory logo.
3) You can re-string your racquet.
A) The ink will remain on all string types for a period of time depending on how hard you hit and how much spin you apply to a ball. The ink will wear off of polyester strings sooner because they are less porous.
A) If you hit the ball hard, a small amount of ink may transfer on to the ball, which should then wear off with normal play.
A) It can be, depending on how much is ingested. It contains solvents. If consumed, seek medical attention promptly. Here is the number for The National Poison Control Center: 1-800-222-1222.
A) Racquet Tatts stencil ink is easily removed from most racquet frames with fingernail polish remover. Use as little of the nail polish remover as possible on a small cotton cloth and apply gentle pressure when rubbing.
