The Racquet Tatts guarantee is simple: If you're not satisfied with any Racquet Tatts product because you consider it defective for any reason, just contact us, and we will fully exchange the product(s) or refund the purchase price and shipping costs you incurred as long as you tell us exactly why you are not satisfied with your purchase or send us a photo that documents the issue. If you receive the product in a damaged condition, the product will be replaced and shipped to you free of any charge as long as you tell us what happened or send us a digital photo of the damaged product upon receipt. Our generous exchange and return policy does not apply if you do not properly store or care for the Racquet Tatts product which results in the product being damaged.
